About Cool Horizon Pte Ltd
According to its website, Cool Horizon Pte Ltd handles general servicing, chemical wash, chemical overhaul, gas top-up, installation and repair & troubleshooting. That covers every service type we track.

What to ask when you call
- Which job is being quoted: general servicing, chemical wash or overhaul.
- Whether the price is per unit or per package, and whether the outdoor unit is included.
- Whether there is a warranty on the work.
- For gas top-ups: whether they will check for a leak first.
The services Cool Horizon Pte Ltd lists, explained
General servicing. A general service cleans the filters, front panel and drain line so the unit keeps cooling and stops dripping.
Chemical wash. A chemical wash takes the indoor unit's coil and blower out of the grime that a normal service can't reach, without fully stripping the unit.
Chemical overhaul. An overhaul strips the indoor unit down so the coil, blower and tray can be soaked and scrubbed, and is the deepest clean on offer.
Gas top-up. A gas top-up adds refrigerant when pressure is low. A good technician checks for a leak first, because gas doesn't get used up.
Installation. Installation covers new systems and replacement units, including piping, trunking and the outdoor condenser bracket.
Repair & troubleshooting. Repair work covers units that leak water, blow warm air, trip the breaker or make new noises.
Getting your home ready for the visit
A few minutes of preparation makes the job quicker and tidier:
- Move furniture, beds and electronics away from under each indoor unit, or cover them.
- Make sure the technician can reach the outdoor unit. If it sits on a ledge behind a grille, find the key.
- Keep pets in another room.
- Have the remote controls ready so each unit can be tested afterwards.
- When the work is done, run each unit for a few minutes and check it cools and doesn't drip before the technician leaves.
